  • This is a six week jump and start training program that begins the Monday after you complete your pre-week checklist
  • ​Pre-week checklist includes getting baseline jump and 15 Meter videos, emails, best times, and schedules
  • ​The program will be delivered weekly
  • ​Every week will include workouts (dryland and start), video learning for swimmers, coach training, video instructions for new exercises, and a check-in from us
  • ​Check-ins keep you on track and allows for alterations and customizations for missed workouts (we know you're human) and meets
